Orders
Browse our products, pick what you want, and choose your preferred delivery speed — Express (1–5 days), Standard (5–15 days), or Economy (15–45 days). At checkout, you'll pay via Payoneer or bank transfer — full instructions are shown on the checkout page. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Yes — but only within 12 hours of placing it. After that window your order moves into fulfilment and we can no longer make changes. Email us at support@storeroyce.com with your order number in the subject line and we'll take care of it.
Yes, every time. A confirmation email is sent immediately after your payment clears — it includes your order number, itemised summary, chosen delivery speed, and estimated arrival window. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.

Go to /track and enter your order number along with the email address you used at checkout. Your tracking number is also included in your confirmation email once the package ships.
Yes. We ship to 50+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. If your country isn't supported at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These vary by destination and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering high-value items.
How you pay
Payments
We accept Payoneer and bank transfer. Step-by-step payment instructions — including account details for bank transfer — are displayed on the checkout page after you review your order. No card details are stored on our servers.
Yes. Payoneer is a globally regulated payment platform trusted by millions of businesses and individuals. Bank transfers go through your own institution's secure channels. We never ask for passwords or card details outside of those platforms.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless the return is due to a fault or shipping error on our side.

Yes. Every product in our catalogue is sourced from vetted suppliers on Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress — platforms with established seller accountability systems. We review listings for authenticity, ratings, and fulfilment track record before making them available on Shop Drawer.
Contact us at support@storeroyce.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will either replace it in full or issue a complete refund — your choice. We cover return shipping costs for any fault that is on our end.
